Are there (free) public showers on the beach of Ostend?

There are free showers at various beaches in Ostend. Inter alia:
- https://oostende.org/en/beach/1064/oosthelling.html
- https://oostende.org/en/beach/1065/kursaal.html

These beach showers are placed annually in early May and again removed from the beach at the end of September.
